Employees Training and Employess Involvement in CSR perspective

For our topic, the important key point is...Training and Employees Involvement which relate to the CSR perspective. In my opinion training and the employees involvement is clearly interaction between ech others. Training may lead to employees involvement in company SR activies, and in another hands when employees involve in company CSR activities, it may also one of training approach that employer or human resources department can pratice to traing their employees in CSR aspect.

Employee training is a crucial part for an company, through training it can increase the knowledge,skills,quality of the employees. Thus increase quality for the outcome,create value, and increase sales and profit for company. There is many objective for running training programme, develop better commitment of employees to company, and now we can notice that CSR perspective also become a portion of the training programme. In this perspect, arising many question that still can't been answer perfectly, likes what can CSR part can incorporate with the training programme? why the company running CSR training?for its own company interest or force by the market?or is truly consider as CSR based organization and take it as necessary step for it?In the outcoming ISO 26000 in year1010,we believe that it will declare what is consider as CSR company and also training aspect in CSR,hopefully it create a guidelines for all of us.
